“The challenge isn’t activity. It’s alignment.”

Across the UK, investment in skills, innovation and regional growth is increasing.

But systems remain fragmented, with institutions operating in parallel rather than in coordination.

What Becky does

System-level design, not project-level activity.

Becky works at system level, designing the structures that enable cross-sector collaboration.

01

University–Industry Systems

Employer engagement, graduate outcomes and civic impact systems that connect academic capacity with the businesses and places it serves.

02

Regional Growth Systems

Skills pipelines and regional ecosystem alignment, designed so provision, employer demand and economic strategy move in the same direction.

03

Innovation Ecosystems

Connecting SMEs, startups, universities and public sector systems into shared delivery structures that move at the pace of the businesses they support.
